Policies
Cancellations - A full refund if cancellation is made within 14 days of check-in.
No smoking of any kind in or near the house.
The house is on 2.5 acres which is the mowed area around the house. The rest belongs to the neighbors so please stay within the mowed area.
Please do not flush any products except toilet paper. Other products may clog or fill the septic tank.
Please do not open the windows and doors with the heat or air on. Save the environment and help keep costs down for everyone!
Recycle bottles and cans in the container under the kitchen counter. Please rinse first.
Help keep cleaning fees down by not eating in bed. Use makeup remover towelettes to remove makeup. Food and makeup stains are very difficult to get out of bedding and towels. Stuff happens but please be considerate of others.

Check Out time is 11:00 AM.
Please load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes but do not start it. I wash all dishes between guests.
No need to strip the beds. I can address any problems. If something does get stained, leave it in plain sight so I can see it and clean it!
Please let me know if anything is broken or needs any care.
Please close and lock all windows and doors.
In general, leave the house like you found it when you checked in.
Leave keys on the table.
